Zero Waste

V.G. Burgers is committed to environmentally sustainable business practices. All service products are made from fully compostable, plant-based ingredients. The cups, straws and salad containers are made from corn, the cutlery from potato starch, and the soup and burger containers from sugar pulp. V.G. Burgers partners with ecocycle in composting and recycling to pursue the mission of zero waste. In addition, all leftover food from behind the counter is donated to local animal rescue efforts.
